Dr Ang Corey Damien graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS), School of Medicine in 1997 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).

After completing his initial training in various speciality fields of medicine and surgery, Dr Corey answered his calling in Family Medicine and pursued a Post-graduate Diploma in Family Medicine. He is an accredited Family Physician on the Register of Family Physicians in Singapore and has completed his training in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

Dr Corey is a family physician who believes in providing holistic and comprehensive care to his patients and their families. He has special interests in managing chronic diseases and performing joint injections for various Orthopaedic conditions such as frozen shoulder, trigger finger, tennis/golfer’s elbow, plantar fasciitis (heel spur), etc. He has also developed a keen interest in the management of chronic coughs and obstructive sleep apnoea.

Apart from treating acute and chronic medical conditions, Dr Gu also enjoys helping his patients achieve overall wellness through positive lifestyle choices, disease prevention, health screenings, and improvement of self-esteem by looking good and feeling good. Dr Ong Kok Liang, Jason graduated from GKT School of Medicine at Kings College London, United Kingdom, in 2004. He served his housemanship at Maidstone Hospital in Kent before returning to Singapore in 2005.

He was subsequently accepted into the Singapore General Hospital Internal Medicine track. Between 2005 and 2009, he completed a myriad of medical postings that included Medical Oncology, Accident and Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Neurology, Infectious Disease and Renal Medicine.

He eventually left for General Practice in 2009 and had since completed a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2012.

Dr Ong is grateful for the opportunity to serve as a doctor. Borrowing a quote from William Osler, one of founding professors of Johns Hopkins Hospital, Dr Ong believes that a good physician is one that treats the patients rather than just the disease. Benedict is the CEO and Chief Psychologist of iGROW, a nationally recognized psychological consulting firm that specialises in Happiness at work, family and life. He has accumulated more than a decade of experience working with corporate and youth in various settings.

In his work, he is required to consult, counsel, coach and train individuals and organizations in building their Psychological Capital, and live the best possible life. As a result of his vast experience, he is highly sought after to impact the corporate through interactive workshops, talks, work-life coaching and psychological strengths & talent profiling. Being a strong advocate of contributing back to the community, he readily accepts invitations amidst his hectic schedule to meaningfully impact and touch lives through the various community outreach efforts and initiatives.

Benedict is also invited regularly to present in international and national conferences such as the prestigious TEDx event, and featured on national media such as 938Live and the different newspapers. His area of interests are in the Cultivation of Positive Emotions, Building Psychological Capital, Happiness at Work and Life, Workplace Stress, Change and Creative Parenting.

Benedict holds a Masters of Social Science degree (Counselling) from University of South Australia, Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology majoring in Counselling. His professional experiences have qualified him to be eligible for registration with the relevant professional accrediting bodies.

Maria accumulated valuable experiences in working with children, teens, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds from her various work. She was involved in several high impact overseas projects to conduct psycho-social and trauma recovery trainings especially for children, and provided consultation to NGOs to start counselling and family centres in their respective countries.

Maria also has a special interest in health technology and devices. She minored in Technopreneurship while at NUS and continued to explore opportunities to
integrate technological devices and health. She is responsible for thedevelopment of iGROW’s Signature Programme, “StepUP Challenge”, a research-based intervention, which motivate participants to increase their physical activity as a way to improve their mental well-being. She continues to develop exciting programmes for corporate clients utilizing new tools and devices.

Maria holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. She received a prestigious scholarship offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore to read Psychology at the National University of Singapore and graduated with an Honours degree in Psychology and Technopreneurship.
