Mobile COVID Testing

Dr Au Min Wei Leonard

Dr Au Wei Min, Leonard graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2003 and attained his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2009. He has previously worked in the Department of Family Medicine and Continuing Care (FMCC) in Singapore General Hospital and in SingHealth Polyclinics at Bedok. He also has prior experience in the private sector before joining My Family Clinic.

As a registered Family Physician, Dr Au is committed to providing personal and continuing medical care to his patients.

Dr Goh Chee Hwei

Dr Goh Chee Hwei graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1998. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and a Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology. He is also an accredited Family Physician on the Register of Family Physicians in Singapore.

He has worked in various hospitals and postings, ranging from National Skin Centre, National University Hospital’s Medicine Department, Surgery Department, Accident and Emergency Department, Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department to Singapore General Hospital’s ENT department before joining My Family Clinic at Toa Payoh Central.  He has a special interest in Dermatology and treats many patients with various skin conditions ranging from acne to eczema.

Dr Goh believes in helping the underprivileged. He has volunteered on multiple humanitarian trips as a doctor with Project Lokun organised by the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUS) to Cambodia to provide free medical care to the villagers over the last few years.

Dr Tan Wenxuan Rebekah Sarah

Dr Sarah Tan received her MBBS from Kings’ College London in 2017, and has been practicing medicine for 5 years. She has worked in both the United Kingdom and Singapore. Throughout her multifaceted speciality practice here in Singapore, she has developed a strong interest in primary care. She believes in the importance of bridging the gap between primary and tertiary care and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her patients.

Dr Toh Zheng Jie

Dr Toh Zheng Jie graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore in 2013.

Upon graduation, Dr Toh completed clinical rotations in Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Emergency and Children’s Emergency across major public hospitals in Singapore. He worked as a Resident Physician in Woodlands Health Campus for 2 years, prior to joining My Family Clinic Group.

Dr Toh is passionate about providing holistic care to patients from all walks of life. He believes in being a health coach and advisor to empower patients to take care of their health.

Dr Wong Jeng Hung

Dr Wong Jeng Hung graduated from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 2005 and obtained his Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2012. He is an accredited Family Physician with the College of Family Physicians Singapore.

Since 2006, Dr Wong has been rotated through various disciplines in Singapore’s public health institutions. He has started practising Family Medicine in polyclinics since 2010 and joined the Alliance Healthcare Group in 2014.

Dr Wong believes in maintaining a direct and honest rapport with patients to promote and sustain a healthy society.

Dr Tan Chui Li

Dr. Evelyn Tan graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2009. Following her housemanship as a resident medical officer in district hospital, she worked in different departments including General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Neurology, Geriatric and Palliative Medicine. She joined the Outpatient department in 2011, and subsequently moved to private practice at Raffles Medical Group in 2014.

Dr. Tan believes in the importance of holistic approach to patient care. She is passionate about building strong doctor-patient rapport, patient education, and patient empowerment in the care and treatment process.

Dr Teh Soh Wen

She has worked in General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Neurology, Geriatric and Palliative Medicine. She also served as a resident physician in the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics before joining our team.

Dr Teh is passionate about providing quality and long term care for her patients. Her interests include chronic disease management, geriatric medicine, palliative care, and dermatology.

Dr Chan Hui Ching Nicole

Dr Nicole Chan received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore, and holds a postgraduate certification in Mental Health (MRCPsychiatry UK).

Dr Chan worked in the public sector for 6 years before leaving for the private sector. Dr Chan has experience working with patients with Mental Health issues in primary, secondary and tertiary settings.

She also has experience in managing chronic illnesses and Women’s Health and Venereology (Sexually Transmitted Infections) in a primary care setting.

Her experience thus far has reinforced the importance of holistic care. Dr Chan’s special interests are in Preventive Medicine through increasing awareness, education and appropriate health screening. She hopes also to play a more pivotal role in improving access to mental health services in a primary care setting, and improving collaborative care with specialists.

Dr Hua Meiting

Dr Hua Meiting graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2016 and attained his Master of Family Medicine in 2022.  She is a dedicated Family Physician who has honed her clinical skills across multiple disciplines some of which include Paediatrics, O&G, Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine and Emergency Medicine.

She served the National Healthcare Group Polyclinic since the start of her Residency in 2018 and was appointed leader of her Teamlet, which consisted of a dedicated group of healthcare professions, working together to care for patients with complex chronic conditions. She also has a special interest in performing minor surgical procedures.

As a registered Family Physician, Dr Hua is committed in empowering her patients to make the right health decisions, and equipping them with the right knowledge and tools to live their best lives!

For Tele-Consultation:
Tele-consultation service by Ally Health operates from 8am to 8pm on Monday to Friday, and 8am to 12nn on Saturday & Sunday* (excluding Public Holidays).
*Ally Health will be operating on weekends too from May 2022 onwards.

For Physical Visits:
Physical visit to Ally Health is strictly by appointment basis and is only available for follow-up visits after an initial Ally Health tele-consultation.
